Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Research was useful but the consistency in recommendations to go with Victor was the most influencing.

We spoke with Victor and were gracefully submerged in to the world of reality when we met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. It was still the first meeting that has allowed me to refer others to him. He provided a sense of security to my partner and I who were about to make a life-changing decision and purchase our very first home!

Victor made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should). What I have not mentioned is that the first day he met with me he had just been in a serious accident the week before and was meeting with me with a fresh set of broken legs. Victor is whole-heartedly committed to Realty and it was just so evident time after time.

Lynda was always a Big Part of all aspects of the purchase of this home for myself and wife in Mojave, Ca. Lynda was at every stage of the Bidding of the same home from the original bid to the conclusion of the bidding in the early evening of the same day. She made me aware of the proper way and then to verify the address to wire the earnest money. Lynda explained to us that we needed to send the monies to the correct address or many times those monies are robbed by people just attempting to take advantage to some unexpecting people. She has local knowledge of the area, she helped me very much with the exchange of contracts, when she felt something was not fair, she did not mind in suggesting the same to the sellers, making sure I had sufficient time in sending the wired monies at close. Through the sellers, it just seemed having more problems at the far end that could have been dealt with, but many times they were not, but thankfully for Lynda stepping in and making sure all went well, allowing me more time in wiring the money, because the Title Co. made promises and then did not follow through, me having to drive to Bakersfield, Ca not allowing sufficient time for a safe drive, Lynda was able to get the Title Company an additional 24 hours of time before the wired money had to be to them. Thanks Lynda. She offered the necessity of getting a home inspection, and she was able to suggest ideas for me in talking final price. Lynda also participated with Solar City, whom were very difficult with for a long period of time, but finally, Solar City agreed that they would be removing the solar panels from our home in a timely manner, (time is of the essence). I am very fortunate and proud of Lynda. I think of her as a Very Good Realtor and I also consider Lynda in being a True Friend.
